From a Bengaluru Garage to Four Offices

A decade of building travel tech — one milestone at a time.

2014

Founding Year

Vayva Tech is born in Bengaluru

Three former Amadeus engineers — Arjun, Priya and Vikram — leave their corporate jobs to build travel software for India's booming OTA market. First office: a 200 sq ft co-working desk in Koramangala.

2016

First Big Win

Powered our first 1M+ bookings/year OTA

A leading Indian OTA migrates from a legacy Sabre terminal-based system to our white-label flight + hotel engine. Booking conversion jumps 32% in 90 days. Word spreads.

2018

Product Suite Expands

Added car, tour and package engines

Customers asked for more than flights and hotels. We launched Car Rental, Tour and Holiday Package engines — all sharing the same admin console, payment layer and CRM.

2020

Going Global

Opened Dubai & London offices

Pandemic slowed travel, but accelerated digital transformation. We opened Dubai (MEA hub) and London (Europe hub) to serve customers in those timezones natively.

2022

NDC & B2E Launch

NDC-ready platform + corporate self-booking

Launched NDC channel integration (Lufthansa, Emirates, Singapore Airlines) and our B2E corporate self-booking platform with policy engine and SSO. TMC market opens up.

2024

10 Years & 168 Brands

Crossed 168 customers, 30+ countries, $2.4B GMV

Marked our 10th anniversary with 168 travel brands on the platform, $2.4B in annual GMV processed, and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Opened Austin office (Americas hub).

2026

Today & Beyond

Charter & Activity engines + Travel CRM v2

Launched Charter Flight and Activity booking engines, completing our 7-engine suite. Rolled out Travel CRM v2 with AI-powered lead scoring and WhatsApp automation.

We're also a remote-first company — half the team works from home, and we get together in person for a week every quarter.
